This Privacy Policy explains what fulcrumgo.com ("the Site"), operated by Elite Branding LLC, d/b/a Fulcrum AI ("we," "us"), collects when you visit or download the free guide, and what we do with it.

1. What We Collect

We do not collect payment information on this Site. If you become a paying client, billing details are handled separately and are not covered by this policy.

2. How We Use It

We use your email to deliver the guide, follow up about Fulcrum AI's services, and notify our own team internally when someone signs up. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

3. Who We Share It With

We use Cloudflare for hosting and storage, and an internal Telegram channel to notify ourselves of new signups — your email is not shared with Telegram's own systems for their use. We don't share your data with anyone else except where required by law.

4. Cookies

The Site sets one functional cookie (fg_guide) after you download the guide, so you can revisit it without filling out the form again. It doesn't track you across other sites and isn't used for advertising.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your email for as long as you remain subscribed or until you ask us to delete it. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email mack@fulcrumgo.com. We will erase your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where we're required to retain it by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA to access, correct, delete, or opt out of the sale of your personal data. We honor these requests for all visitors regardless of location, even where the specific law may not strictly apply to a business our size — just email us.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
