My name is Mack. I build websites where a customer can pick what they want, pay, and get it.
These are real shops I built and handed off to the business owner, or still run. Click a picture and the real site opens.
This shop sold in person. It needed a website where people could buy.
Two shops in Buffalo sell gold, diamonds, chains, and custom jewelry. I built the whole website
in 2021 and handed it off to the owner. People can see products, pay, and get shipping. I also
set up the Google page: hours, website, phone, and photos. The look of the site is different
from 2021. The product groups I made are still the ones you click today.

A photo of the shop from Google: jewelry cases, and the website on the glass.
I built the product list, the pay page, shipping, and how many they have. That is the job for a shop that sells in person.
A clothes shop I run online. Products, email, and ads.
I do not work inside the shop. I run the website: I add new products, send email every week,
run ads, and keep the Google page. The homepage and the new products page below are live today.

After the website is live, someone still has to add products, send email, and run ads.
I built a way to do that without a website team. Fulcrum is my company. For Legacy, the
emails already work: a hello email, an email if they leave items in the cart, an email if
they start to pay but stop, a thank you email after they buy, and a new products email every week.

Email that sends itself
These emails send by themselves for Legacy: a hello email, an email if they leave items in the cart, an email if they start to pay and stop, and a thank you after they buy. Nobody has to sit and send them.
After week four, I keep the shop moving. You stay with the people in your store.
